In-Store Shopping

Do you have in-store shopping available?


Yes. Our Kelley Square location at the Worcester Public Market is open for in person shopping. Please visit our Contact page for store hours.




Do I have to wear a mask when I shop in store?


Yes until further notice you must wear a mask and observe social distancing while shopping with us in person.





Products

Where do you get your designs?


All of our designs are created by our Worcester Wares team, or by other local Worcester artists.




Do your shirts shrink when washed?


No. All of the shirts we use are made with a preshrunk cotton.




How do your shirts fit?


The shirts we carry fit "true to size". The majority of shirts we carry are a unisex/men's cut. If you normally wear a small men's t shirt, then that's the size you should order. Our women's cut shirts have a slightly lower crew neck cut and more curvy fit on the sides. They are similar in sizing to other women's style t shirts. If a shirt has a different fit than our normal tees, we will notate right in the product description. We do offer returns and exchanges. See returns policy here.




What material are your shirts made out of?


Our t-shirts are a mix of Cotton Blends and 100% Cotton. Please see item descriptions for specific details on each shirt's material. You can also visit our Shop page and use the filters to search by material.

Online Shopping

How does curbside pickup work?


1. Place your order online and select Curbside Pickup as your shipping option at checkout. 2. Wait for your order ready email. 3. Stop by our designated curbside pickup location during our curbside hours to get your order. 4. Call 508-929-0561 when you arrive. Be ready with your order number and name.




How long will a curbside order take before it's ready to be picked up?


With most of our curbside orders we are able to fulfill them same-day, if the order is placed on a day we are open for curbside. There may be an occasion where you have to wait until the next day to pick up if we have to transport any of the items from our other location to fulfill your order. You will know that your order is ready when you receive a Pickup Ready email.




Are all of your products available to buy online?


99% of our products are available for online purchase. We've worked very hard to get all ship-able items in our online shop. For the 1% that isn't, you can find those breakable or oversized products in our Kelley Square location available for in-store purchase.




How long can I expect to wait for my shipping order to arrive?


Our current eta on shipped orders is 7-10 business days. However there's a chance it will make it to you even sooner.
