Growing up in Ohio family camping trips to a sugar making farm I was fascinated by the process and the product.

What is your maker process like?

Find good maple trees and strong sons, tap tree, collect sap, boil, boil, boil!

Maple bacon scallops.

 

What is the most creative or interesting Maple Syrup food combo you've tried?

Most creative is the most simplest, maple milk.

Live and work here. Nice working class history with an entrepreneurial vibe.
